7歲獒犬遭繁殖場棄養全收容所只剩牠沒人要淚崩「是我太老沒用了嗎？」

7歲的獒犬「伯莎」（Bertha）遭到無良的小狗繁殖場棄養，被送到收容所當中，過了很久都沒有成功送養出去。圖擷自臉書/Border Tails Rescue

美國動保團體「邊境尾巴救援組織」（Border Tails Rescue）救出一隻被繁殖場惡意棄養的英國獒犬，儘管是一隻品種犬，但已經7歲的牠成了收容所中唯一沒被認養的狗狗。等了數周之後出現了一名天使認養人，但距離卻遠在3200公里之外，讓志工們決定拚盡全力給牠一個溫暖的家。

根據《The Dodo》報導，7歲的獒犬「伯莎」（Bertha）被發現遭到無良的小狗繁殖場棄養，沒有利用價值之後就隨意拋棄。邊境尾巴得知消息便救援了伯莎，並把他安置在伊利諾伊州（Illinois）的收容所當中。

然而伯莎的命運並沒有因此好轉，儘管身為品種犬又相當溫柔親人，但高齡7歲讓許多人選擇忽略牠。伯莎眼看著收容所內的其他室友陸陸續續有了新家，唯獨剩自己遲遲沒有人要，忍不住感到有些難過。

經過幾周之後終於出現好消息，一名來自俄勒岡州（Oregon）的民眾表示有意願收養伯莎，儘管兩者距離超過2000英里（約3218.6公里），但志工決定親手將伯莎送到新家，在收容所辦完歡送派對後就立刻開車出發上路。

經過數天的旅途橫越半個國家，伯莎和新主人終於在新家見到面，還沒進門主人就已幫狗狗準備好超大的碗及食物，想要好好給伯莎一個大禮。伯莎從今以後也擁有一個超大的綠地可以悠哉曬太陽，揮別陰影迎來下一段幸福汪生。
